Payment

Bjørn Parfume ApS accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard.

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds will be held on your card or account until:

1) We charge the amount upon shipment of the item, or

2) The funds are released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the specific rules for your card with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR).


 

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 5-10 days. Bjørn Parfume ApS ships with the following carriers: GLS and Postnord.

Shipping is calculated based on weight.

We ship to the following countries:

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Bjørn Parfume ApS.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means you have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can email us at info@bjornparfume.dk. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.


 

Partial withdrawal of purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items, even if they were bought in one order.

Note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you only withdraw from part of your purchase.


 

Returns

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You must bear the cost of returning the package, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.


 

Condition of the item when returned

If the item has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, you may only receive part of the purchase amount. The refund amount depends on the item’s market value. Bjørn Parfume ApS will assess the condition of the product.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item’s value.


 

Refund of purchase amount

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item’s value is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the payment until we receive the item, unless you provide proof of return.

Warranty

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. This means you have a 24-month warranty.

If your claim is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or discounted, depending on the situation.

You must file the claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you file a claim within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.

If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaint handling

If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact info@bjornparfume.dk. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via https://naevneneshus.dk/

 

To file a complaint, the item or service in question must cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy policy

We require the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is recorded by Bjørn Parfume ApS and kept for five years, after which it is deleted. We also collaborate with various other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their purposes.

We only work with data processors within the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

The data controller at Bjørn Parfume ApS is Martin van Wylich Neuert.

You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In certain cases, you are entitled to have your personal data deleted if requested, such as when your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
